Please read the following information before completing and submitting

PLEASE NOTE: This form is to be completed only AFTER requesting a quote and pricing has been established.  Please click on the Calendar Tab or here for up to date availability for each cabin.

A deposit of 50% of your quoted total is required to hold your reservation.  Reservations should be confirmed within 24 hours upon receipt of deposit via email.  In the rare event that you do not receive, check your spam folder or notify us so that we can re-send.  The deposit will be credited towards the total bill upon check-in.

We do charge a final departure cleaning fee on all cabins. The size of the cabin will determine the fee. Cleanings can be arranged at an additional cost during the rental period upon request from the renter with prior notice.

Linens are not included.  They can be provided for special circumstances for an additional fee.

If there is any damage or missing items, you will be charged accordingly. In the event keys are not returned or left behind, there will be a $25 replacement fee. We expect each unit to be left in a tidy condition and all dishes washed, if not a minimum of $50 will be charged. No exceptions. In the event that the renter is found smoking in the cabin, a $125.00 charge will be accessed.

UPON CHECK-IN, your balance is due IMMEDIATELY.  In the event we don’t hear from you or have trouble getting ahold of you then the credit card on file will be charged.  If it comes back declined and we have trouble reaching you then a late fee will be assessed and/or you will be locked out of the cabin until your balance can be settled.  It is your responsibility to take care of your balance on the day of checkin.  We are a small family run business and simply don’t have the time or the staff to chase people down for payment.

A security deposit may be required to cover any damage to cabin. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of cabin and return of key. Please inquire with company representative to see if security deposit is required and the amount for the specific property you are renting.

It is very important that you let us know your estimated time of arrival the day of your reservation.  We prefer that you let us know on the morning of checkin your estimated time of arrival.   Cabin cleanings are prioritized based on the arrival times of our guests.  Our standard check-in time is 2pm or later.  We may need more time on Fridays and during some of the busier holiday weekends.  Our standard check out time is 11am or earlier. If you need an earlier check in time or later check out time and it can be arranged, we will be happy to accommodate you.  This cannot be guaranteed however.

Dogs or cats may be allowed.  Depending on breed.  Please note…a nonrefundable $50 fee will be charged per pet.  No exceptions.  All pets must be declared upon reservation.

All requests for cancellations and modifications must be made in writing.

A refund of the 50% deposit can be given for a cancellation of no less than 60 days.

No refund of deposit will be given for any cancellation (including no-show) and the remaining balance will be due in full and charged to the card on file if less than a 3 days from your check-in date or in the event of a no show.
